Cafe min Olivia in Aalborg 5-doubled their Google reviews in one month.
"We're super proud of our results already with easyrate," says the owner, adding, "we have almost 5 times the amount of reviews and it has become really easy for our customers to leave a review directly after their visit.
The Aalborg-based cafe implemented easyrate in June 2024, and since then, getting customer reviews directly from the cafe has been a regular part of their strategy.
An exciting development lies ahead for Cafe Min Olivia for the rest of 2024 if the growth in reviews can be maintained.
"With easyrate, our customers can create a Google review in 3-5 seconds, they just hold their phone up to the stand and they can review our cafe," says the owner.
Google reviews make Cafe Min Olivia more visible on Google and Google Maps, so they will naturally experience more customers through Google over time simply by focusing on more reviews.
The owner of Cafe Min Olivia concludes and says "we will be implementing easyrate more extensively in 2024 with more types of their products so we can focus more on the reviews".
