With easyrate, the Superliga club has gathered all relevant information in one place - on their custom easylink - which has both optimized workflows and significantly improved the guest experience.
Digitalization with impact
Previously, information about menus, match information and sponsor activities was shared via paper and manual processes. Now, VIP guests can instead scan an easyrate plate on arrival and access everything on a unified link. This has both reduced paper consumption and saved time for employees - but it has also had another, more visible effect:
Over 100% growth in usage in just six months.
